Sunday / Monday: closed. Tuesday: 9.00 - 3.00, Wednesday: 10.00-6.00, Thursday: 11.00- 7.00, Friday: 9.00- 5.00, Saturday: 9.00-5.00

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service. Also, please disclose if you are under the care of a dermatologist, medication you take orally or topically and any use of Acutane , Retin-A (in the past 6 months).

We are delighted to offer treatments for children under 16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

Major credit cards are accepted. A 50% cancellation charge will apply for any treatment of Spa cancelled 24-12 hours prior to appointment. A 100% cancellation charge will apply for any treatment or Spa programme cancelled less than 12 hours prior appointment. All pre-paid programmes are not refundable.

 

Refund of Products

Return policy , guarantee sample 45 DAY Return Policy/Guarantee We believe in our products and feel that we offer the best anti-aging skin care available without a prescription. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 45 day money back guarantee (please read “The following are not eligible for a refund” below). We do not require a return authorization code for returns. IMPORTANT: REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED ON DAY 45 FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

 

The following are not eligible for a refund:

 

1. Sample sizes (from the Sample Sizes page) are not eligible for a refund. 2. Final Clearance products are not eligible for a refund. 3. Empty bottles are not eligible for a refund. 4. If you purchase a product and return it for a refund, then purchase it again, and want to return it again, you will be issued a credit memo in the form of a coupon code instead of getting a refund. 5. If you purchase from us several times, and keep returning orders for a refund, it is our prerogative to issue you a credit in the form of a coupon code rather than a refund.

East Northport, NY 11731. A copy of your sales receipt is required (to be included inside the package) with your return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. We do not refund shipping. If you got free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Your return should include a delivery confirmation for your protection. If we do not receive your return, your order will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of delivery.
