  • To join our membership or loyalty program, visit our Membership & Rewards page and select the option that suits you. Simply visit us to complete the registration.

2. How do I earn loyalty credits?

  • You’ll earn credits for every dollar spent on services or products with us. Credits are added to your punch card at checkout.

3. How can I redeem my loyalty credit gift certificate?

  • Your credit can be redeemed for discounts on products or services. Check your credit balance on your punch card, and let us know when you'd like to use them during checkout. 

4. Do my loyalty credit rewards expire?

  • Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. Stay active to keep your credit rewards balance intact!

5. What are prepaid packages, and how do they work?

  • Our prepaid packages offer discounts on multiple sessions or services. When you purchase a package, you’ll receive a set number of sessions that can be used at your convenience. Packages are valid for one year.

6. Can I share my prepaid packages with friends or family?

  • Yes! Our prepaid packages are shareable with family or friends. Just inform us at the time of booking which sessions you'd like to share.

7. What rewards do I get for my birthday?

  • We offer a special birthday reward as a thank-you for being part of our community. You’ll receive your gift card certificate the same month. Just visit us and show us a proof of of your birthday!

8. What are the tiered membership levels, and how do I qualify?

  • Our tiered membership has levels ( Silver, Gold, Platinum), each offering additional perks. The more you visit or spend with us, the higher you can climb in our membership tiers. You can review the benefits of each level on our Membership page.

9. Can I upgrade or change my membership level?

  • Yes! Membership levels automatically adjust based on your spending or visit frequency. If you meet the requirements for a higher tier, your status will update automatically, and you’ll receive an email notification.
